Selling management charges
The remuneration for this service is the common real state property commission of a 4% plus VAT (value-added tax). All the promotion and commercialization expenses are paid by us.
Confidentiality and selling authorization
All documentation and information of our clients, as well as selling managements are done under strict confidentiality in order to preserve the privacy both of the business and the parties. This commitment can be reflected in a written agreement in case it is required by the principal. For the sake of the seriousness of the service provided, we require an extension of a purchase authorization signed by the owner/s for a determined period in order to develop stable strategies that allow the success of the sale.
